1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Online card payments — ArCa, Visa and Mastercard, processed through the secure payment gateway (vPOS) of our acquiring bank;
• Bank transfer — details are provided with the invoice.

2. Currency and Conversion Rules

All prices on this website are quoted in Armenian drams (AMD), and all card payments are charged in Armenian drams. Payments on the territory of the Republic of Armenia are processed in Armenian drams only.

We do not perform any currency conversion. If your card account is held in a currency other than AMD, the charge is converted by your card issuer (bank) at the exchange rate and under the conditions set by that issuer and the relevant payment system (Visa / Mastercard / ArCa). NZIO does not add any surcharge or margin to the exchange rate.

3. How Online Payment Works

• After the order is confirmed, you receive a payment link or are redirected to the secure payment page of the bank.
• You enter your card details directly on the bank's page — not on our website.
• The payment is verified with 3-D Secure (a one-time code or confirmation in your banking app), when supported by the issuing bank.
• After a successful payment you receive a confirmation by email.

4. Card Data Security

• Card details are entered exclusively on the payment page of the acquiring bank and are processed by the bank and the ArCa processing center in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
• We do not collect, process or store card data on this website in any form.
• All pages of this website are served over HTTPS (TLS) with HSTS enabled.

5. Cardholder Authentication & Identification

Every card transaction is carried out exclusively through the 3-D Secure protocol (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, ArCa 3-D Secure). No separate registration on this website is required to pay.

• The cardholder is identified and the transaction is confirmed on the side of the issuing bank — by a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS or by confirmation in the cardholder's mobile banking application.
• The card data required to start a payment (card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV and the 3-D Secure confirmation) is entered only on the bank's secure page.
• A payment is accepted only after successful 3-D Secure authentication of the cardholder.

6. Security Notice for Cardholders

Your card data is protected: it is transmitted over an encrypted channel and handled solely by the acquiring bank and the ArCa processing center under the PCI DSS standard. NZIO never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVC/CVV. Never share your card's one-time password (OTP) with anyone, including NZIO staff.

7. Legality of Transactions

NZIO sells only lawful IT services that it is entitled to provide under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The website does not offer any goods or services restricted or prohibited by law, and does not infringe third-party intellectual property or copyright. All transactions comply with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Armenia and the rules of the payment systems.

8. Refunds for Card Payments

Refunds are made to the same card used for the payment, in accordance with the Refund Policy. Card payments are never refunded in cash.
