1. Data Controller

2. What Data We Collect

• Contact form data: name, email address, message subject and content — when you submit the form on this website.
• Correspondence: information you send us by email or phone in the course of an engagement.
• Technical data: IP addresses and request metadata in standard web-server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Payment data: card payments are processed entirely by our acquiring bank on its secure payment page. We never receive, process or store your full card details. We only receive a confirmation of payment (amount, date, masked card number).

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• responding to your enquiries and preparing estimates (your request / pre-contractual steps);
• concluding and performing service agreements (contract);
• accounting, tax and acquiring-related record keeping (legal obligation);
• security of the website and prevention of abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 3 years. Transaction records related to card payments are kept for at least 3 years as required by acquiring rules and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Server logs are rotated automatically.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only with:

• our hosting and email infrastructure providers, to the extent necessary to operate the website and mailbox;
• the acquiring bank and the payment processing center (ArCa) — for processing card payments, refunds and chargebacks;
• state authorities of the Republic of Armenia when required by law.

6. Security

All pages of this website are served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS). Access to stored data is restricted and protected by authentication. Card data security on the payment page is ensured by the bank in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

7. Cookies and External Resources

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard technical request (including your IP address) to Google when loading the site.

8. Your Rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@nzio.net. We respond within the timeframes established by law.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version with its effective date is always available on this page.
