Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a public offer of Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Shishkov (the "Contractor", "we"), registered in the Republic of Armenia, to conclude a service agreement with any legal entity or capable individual (the "Client", "you") on the terms set out below.

By placing an order (via the website contact form, email or phone) and/or making a payment, the Client fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Services

The Contractor provides professional information-technology services, including but not limited to:

• custom software development (backend, frontend, mobile, API integrations);
• DevOps engineering — CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, monitoring;
• DevOps and IT consulting — audits, architecture design, process optimization;
• related services listed on the Services page.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are agreed with the Client in writing (by email or in a separate statement of work) before work begins.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed through the website contact form, by email at hello@nzio.net or by phone. An initial consultation and estimate are provided free of charge. The engagement is considered confirmed when the Contractor sends the Client a written confirmation of the agreed scope, price and timeline.

4. Prices and Payment

• Prices are published on the Pricing page and are quoted in Armenian drams (AMD).
• We accept online payments by ArCa, Visa and Mastercard cards through the secure payment gateway (vPOS) of our acquiring bank, as well as bank transfers.
• Payments on the territory of the Republic of Armenia are processed in Armenian drams (AMD).
• The price is the same regardless of the payment method — no card surcharges apply.
• The Contractor may request a prepayment (typically up to 50%) before starting work; the exact schedule is fixed in the written confirmation.

5. Service Delivery

• Services are provided remotely. No physical goods are sold or shipped; nothing is delivered outside the scope of electronic channels.
• Deliverables (source code, documentation, reports, configured infrastructure) are handed over via a git repository, email or another channel agreed with the Client.
• The Client has 5 (five) business days after handover to review the deliverables and raise objections. If no objections are raised within this period, the services are deemed accepted.
• Delivery timelines are indicated in the written confirmation and start from the date the prepayment is received, unless agreed otherwise.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, exclusive rights to the deliverables created for the Client under the engagement are transferred to the Client, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses, which are disclosed to the Client.

8. Confidentiality

The Contractor treats all Client materials, credentials and business information received during the engagement as confidential and does not disclose them to third parties, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

9. Liability

The Parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The Contractor's aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for that engagement. The Contractor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profit.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes that cannot be settled through negotiations are referred to the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory legal norms provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer rights granted by the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.
