This Refund Policy applies to all services ordered from IE Nikita Shishkov (NZIO), including services paid online by ArCa, Visa or Mastercard cards. It is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
If you cancel an order before work has started, the prepayment is refunded in full.
If you cancel an engagement after work has started, you pay only for the work actually performed by the moment of cancellation (based on agreed time reports or completed milestones). The unused remainder of any prepayment is refunded proportionally.
If the delivered result does not conform to the agreed scope, notify us within 5 (five) business days after handover. We will correct the defects free of charge within a reasonable period. If the defects cannot be corrected, you are entitled to a proportional — or, where the result is unusable, a full — refund for the affected scope.
Send a request to hello@nzio.net from the email address used for the order, stating the order details, the payment date and amount, and the reason for the refund. We respond to refund requests within 3 (three) business days.
Nothing in this Policy limits the rights granted to consumers by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
